摘　　要：档案是国家治理的重要支撑和社会记忆的重要载体,事关国家长治久安和人民群众切身利益。在新法治环境下,如何创新档案普法工作模式,全面提升档案治理的法治化水平,是新时代赋予档案工作者的重要课题。基于新法治环境下档案普法工作面临的新形势、新任务、新要求,围绕档案普法的内涵、要求、方向等方面展开系统阐述,以此为档案工作服务中国式现代化提供重要法治保障。Archives are an important carrier of national governance and social memory,which is related to the long-term stability of the country and the vital interests of the people.Under the new legal environment,how to innovate the law popularization of archives and comprehensively improve the legalization level of archives management is an important topic entrusted to archivists in the new era.Based on the new situation,new tasks and new requirements of the archives law popularization under the new legal environment,this paper systematically expounds the connotation,requirements and direction of the archives law popularization.
