档案学专业人才人文素养的现状调查与提升对策

摘　　要：面对数字时代档案事业发展新趋势,亟须创新档案学人才培养模式,着力提升档案学人才的人文素养。拟通过系统调查档案学专业在人才培养过程中的人文素养教育现状,剖析人文素养培育面临的主要问题与挑战,进而从新文科建设的视角提出提升档案学专业人才人文素养的对策建议,旨在为培养创新型、复合型档案学人才提供理论参考。Taking domestic digital humanities research institutions as the research object,this paper systematically reviews the development history,disciplinary distribution,personnel composition and research status quo of domestic digital humanities research institutions through literature research and data analysis,etc.Based on empirical analysis,the future development trend of domestic digital humanities research institutions is studied and judged.It points out that interdisciplinary integration,the deep integration of digital technology and humanities research,the deepening of international cooperation and exchanges,and the innovation of research paradigms will become inevitable trends,and puts forward that domestic digital humanities research institutions should accurately grasp the pulse of technological innovation,accelerate the pace of disciplinary integration and theoretical innovation,contribute Chinese wisdom to international exchanges,and promote the continuous deepening of digital humanities research.
