摘　　要：在数智时代背景下,高校领导干部数据素养培育已成为推动高等教育变革发展的紧迫课题。聚焦数据素养培育体系构建,在理论层面阐释了数据素养的内涵,对领导干部数据素养进行了系统解构,识别出关键能力要素,进而从培育目标、培育内容到培育路径、评估机制,对培育体系进行了整体性架构设计,力求在统筹理论阐释与实践图景的过程中,为提升高校领导干部领导力、重塑高等教育治理范式提供智力支持。Against the backdrop of the era of digital intelligence,the cultivation of data literacy among university leaders has emerged as an urgent task in promoting the reform and development of higher education.Focusing on the construction of a data literacy cultivation system,this study first elucidates the theoretical connotations of data literacy,systematically deconstructs the data literacy of university leaders,and identifies key competency elements.Subsequently,it proposes a holistic architectural design for the cultivation system,encompassing cultivation objectives,content,pathways,and evaluation mechanisms.By integrating theoretical interpretation with practical scenarios,this study aims to provide intellectual support for enhancing the leadership of university leaders and reshaping the governance paradigm of higher education.
