摘　　要：将数字化技术应用于建筑工程档案管理中,可显著提升管理效率,优化信息共享,支持科学决策,并为项目管理方应对业务挑战提供有力工具。建立电子文档库和智能分类系统后,管理人员能快速检索所需信息,避免人工查找的复杂过程。信息共享平台的构建,可打破部门之间的信息壁垒,提高协同工作效率。此外,数字化系统提供的数据分析结果能为管理者决策提供客观依据,提升决策的科学性与准确性。面对建筑工程行业的复杂需求,数字化档案管理理念将为建设单位提供灵活应对市场变化的方法,为行业的可持续发展奠定基础。The application of digital technology in the management of architectural engineering archives can significantly improve management efficiency,optimize information sharing,support scientific decisionmaking,and provide a powerful tool for project management to deal with business challenges.Establishing an electronic document library and an intelligent classification system enable managers to quickly retrieve the required information and avoid the cumbersome process of manual search.The construction of an information sharing platform can break down the information barriers among departments and improve the efficiency of collaborative work.In addition,the data analysis provided by the digital system can offer objective basis for managers'decisions,enhancing the scientificity and accuracy of decisions.In the face of the complex demands of the industry,the concept of digital archive management will provide construction units with flexible methods to respond to market changes and lay the foundation for the sustainable development of the industry.
