摘 要:为掌握某元器件加工企业重金属废水零排放系统中反渗透系统的污染有关因素,探究反渗透系统产水通量、脱盐率与其进水COD、进水电导率之间的影响关联,结果表明较高的进水电导率对膜产水通量影响较大。解剖元件进行污染物表征分析,发现膜表面主要存在明显的黑色污染物,二段最后一支的膜有0.53 g/m2干态污染物,其中有机污染物的比例较高,占比86.79%。有机成分主要包含苯甲醇类、1,1'-(1-甲基亚乙基)双(4-甲氧基)-苯类,其中后者的响应更加明显,且常规化学清洗恢复效果有限。In order to understand the pollution related factors of the reverse osmosis system in the zero discharge system of heavy metal wastewater in a certain component processing enterprise,this study explores the correlation between the water production flux and desalination rate of the reverse osmosis system and its influent COD and influent conductivity.The results show that higher influent conductivity has a greater impact on the membrane water production flux.Characterization analysis of pollutants using anatomical components revealed the presence of significant black pollutants on the membrane surface.The membrane of the last branch of the second stage had 0.53 g/m2 dry pollutants,with a higher proportion of organic pollutants,accounting for 86.79%.The organic components mainly include benzyl alcohol and 1,1'-(1-methylethylene)bis(4-methoxy)-benzene,with the latter showing a more pronounced response and limited recovery effect from conventional chemical cleaning.
