摘 要:在深海油气田开发中,柔性管道易因受损而产生凹陷缺陷,进而影响其力学性能,研究含缺陷柔性管的力学行为具有重要意义。本文创建了热塑性增强柔性复合管道(RTP)的有限元模型,进行了含凹陷RTP的弯曲模拟,定量分析了凹痕深度对管道弯曲性能的影响。结果显示,凹痕会降低RTP的弯曲承载能力,对其弯曲力学性能产生显著影响。本研究揭示了含缺陷柔性管的力学行为,为管道的安全评估和优化设计提供了依据。In the development of deep-sea oil and gas fields,flexible pipelines are prone to be damaged,which will affect their mechanical properties.A finite element model of thermoplastic reinforced flexible composite pipe(RTP)was established in this paper.The bending simulation of RTP with recess was carried out,and the influence of recess depth on the bending performance of the pipe was quantitatively analyzed.The results show that the indentation reduces the bending load-carrying capacity of RTP and has a significant impact on its bending mechanical properties.This study reveals the mechanical behavior of flexible pipe with defects,which provides a basis for safety assessment and optimal design of pipe.
