摘 要:在水库工程混凝土重力拱坝横缝灌浆作业中,因施工适应性缺失的影响,常忽视施工条件与横缝张开度的差异,导致灌浆材料选择不当,难以全面适应复杂情况并有效填充空隙,易引发渗流问题。在实施灌浆施工过程中,注重全面检查与精确控制,制定详细的钻孔布置方案,并严格遵循施工流程,实现对灌浆施工过程的有效管理与控制。施工实践表明,研究技术能够大幅度减少水库工程混凝土重力拱坝横缝的渗流量,有效提升坝体的防渗性能。In the transverse joint grouting operation of concrete gravity arch dam of reservoir engineering,due to the influence of the lack of construction adaptability,the difference between construction conditions and transverse joint opening is often ignored,resulting in the improper selection of grouting materials,which is difficult to fully adapt to the complex situation and effectively fill the gap,and easy to cause seepage problems.In the process of grouting construction,we should pay attention to comprehensive inspection and precise control,formulate a detailed drilling layout plan,and strictly follow the construction process to achieve effective management and control of the grouting construction process.The construction practice shows that the research technology can greatly reduce the seepage flow of the transverse joints of the concrete gravity arch dam of the reservoir project,and effectively improve the anti-seepage performance of the dam body.
