摘 要:顾北矿13321工作面煤层上覆岩层发育多层厚硬顶板,远场采动影响明显,造成系统大巷维护困难。为减小采动对系统大巷的影响程度,提出水力压裂应力转移保护系统大巷技术措施,优化设计了工作面顶板水力压裂方案。结果表明:(1)水压致裂可人工增加顶板裂缝数目,在顶板中形成人为弱化带,可有效减弱采动影响程度;(2)对采区系统大巷进行矿压监测,变形量均不超出16 cm,大巷围岩变形得到有效控制,为类似条件系统大巷维护提供了借鉴。The overlying strata of coal seam in 13321 working face of Gubei Mine develop multi-layer thick and hard roof,and the influence of far-field mining is obvious,which makes it difficult to maintain the system roadway.In order to reduce the influence of mining on the main roadway of the system,the technical measures of hydraulic fracturing stress transfer protection system are put forward,and the hydraulic fracturing scheme of the working face roof is optimized.The results show that:(1)Hydraulic fracturing can artificially increase the number of roof cracks and form an artificial weakening zone in the roof,which can effectively reduce the degree of mining influence;(2)The mine pressure monitoring of the main roadway in the mining area system is carried out,and the deformation amount is not more than 16 cm.The deformation of the surrounding rock of the main roadway is effectively controlled,which provides a reference for the maintenance of the main roadway in the similar condition system.
