摘 要:为了实现对明渠流量的精准测量,设计一套便携式超声波测流系统的设计。通过阐述该系统的电气结构原理,详细分析了超声波测流装置的核心部件及其工作原理,并讨论了数据的传输方式。接着,基于超声波传感器技术,深入探讨了明渠测流的具体方法。这包括超声波传感器在信息采集与传输中的应用,以及如何利用超声波测量明渠水位和流量的技术细节。其中,重点分析了如何通过两个超声波探头测得的水位信号来计算渠道的坡度,进而结合谢才公式得出流量值。最后,探讨了该测流方法在实际水利工程中的具体应用,验证了其可行性和准确性。研究结果表明,基于超声波传感器的明渠测流方法具有操作简便、测量准确、实时性强的特点,为明渠流量的监测和管理提供了有效的技术手段。In order to achieve accurate measurement of open channel flow,a portable ultrasonic flow measurement system is designed.By explaining the electrical structure principle of the system,the core components and working principle of the ultrasonic current measuring device were analyzed in detail,and the data transmission method was discussed.Subsequently,based on ultrasonic sensor technology,the specific methods for measuring open channel flow were explored in depth.This includes the application of ultrasonic sensors in information acquisition and transmission,as well as technical details on how to use ultrasonic waves to measure open channel water level and flow rate.Among them,the focus was on analyzing how to calculate the slope of the channel based on the water level signals measured by two ultrasonic probes,and then combined with the Xie Cai formula to obtain the flow rate value.Finally,the specific application of this flow measurement method in practical hydraulic engineering was discussed,and its feasibility and accuracy were verified.The research results indicate that the open channel flow measurement method based on ultrasonic sensors has the characteristics of easy operation,accurate measurement,and strong real-time performance,providing an effective technical means for monitoring and managing open channel flow.
