摘  要:本施工技术合理对钢吊箱底板进行分块并提前预制,待水中桩基完成后,拆除部分水中钻孔钢平台,于钢护筒外侧壁上安装钢吊箱底板拼装平台,之后逐块吊装钢吊箱的预制混凝土底板,并连接湿接缝钢筋以增加底板的整体稳定性。现浇各预制底板之间的连接湿接缝混凝土后,逐次安装吊箱侧模、内支撑系统、悬吊系统,并完成下放。最后进行两次浇筑封底混凝土并进行悬吊体系转换。This construction technique involves rational segmentation and pre-casting of the steel cofferdam base slabs,After the completion of the in-water pile foundations,part of the in-water drilling steel platform is dismantled,and an assembly platform for the steel cofferdam base slabs is installed on the outer side of the steel casing wall.Subsequently,the pre-cast concrete base slabs of the steel cofferdam are hoisted and assembled piece by piece,followed by the connection of wet joint reinforcement to enhance the overall stability of the base slab.After casting the wet joint concrete between the pre-cast base slabs,the side molds,internal support systems,and suspension systems of the cofferdam are sequentially installed and lowered into position.Finally,two phases of bottom-sealing concrete pouring are completed,along with the conversion of the suspension system.
