摘  要:针对铜矿石化学成分复杂,共生和伴生矿类型多,所含元素众多且赋存状态多变等问题,本文分析了X射线荧光光谱法在铜矿石成分测定工作中的应用效果。文中系统性地分析了X射线荧光光谱法的基本理论、分类结构以及影响因素,给出了干扰矫正模型的数学表达式,为其在铜矿石化学成分测定领域工作的开展提供了理论依据。通过实际案例分析表明X射线荧光光谱法能够很好地应用于铜矿石化学成分的测定工作。本文研究内容对于提高铜矿石化学测定精度,提高铜矿开采工作效率具有一定现实意义。In view of the complexity of the chemical composition of copper ores,the many types of symbiotic and associated minerals,the many elements and the variable state of existence,this paper analyzes the application of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry in the determination of the composition of copper ores.The paper systematically analyzes the basic theory,classification structure and influencing factors of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,and gives the mathematical expression of the interference correction model,which provides a theoretical basis for its application in the determination of the chemical composition of copper ores.Through the actual case study,it is shown that X-ray fluorescence spectrometry can be well applied to the determination of the chemical composition of copper ore.The research content of this paper has certain practical significance for improving the accuracy of copper ore chemical determination and improving the efficiency of copper mining work.
