摘 要:为了提升高等级公路路面的使用性能和耐久性,通过介绍SBS改性沥青混凝土在面层施工中的应用,分析了工程概况、施工技术方案设计以及具体的面层施工技术。内容涵盖了项目区位、路面结构特点以及SBS改性沥青混凝土目标配合比设计的详细流程,包括原材料选择、级配确定、最佳油石比选定等关键步骤。同时,阐述了混合料拌和、运输、摊铺与碾压施工的工艺要求和质量控制方法。最后,对工程质量验收的标准和程序进行了说明。研究结果表明,SBS改性沥青混凝土在面层施工中的应用能够显著提高路面的抗裂性、高温稳定性和耐疲劳性能,为高等级公路的建设提供了可靠的技术支持。该研究成果对于推动公路建设的可持续发展具有重要意义。In order to improve the performance and durability of high-grade highway pavement,this article introduces the application of SBS modified asphalt concrete in surface layer construction,analyzes the engineering overview,construction technology scheme design,and specific surface layer construction technology.The content covers the project location,pavement structure characteristics,and detailed process of target mix design for SBS modified asphalt concrete,including key steps such as raw material selection,grading determination,and optimal oil stone ratio selection.At the same time,the process requirements and quality control methods for mixing,transportation,paving,and rolling construction of the mixture were elaborated.Finally,the standards and procedures for engineering quality acceptance were explained.The research results indicate that the application of SBS modified asphalt concrete in surface construction can significantly improve the crack resistance,high temperature stability,and fatigue resistance of the pavement,providing reliable technical support for the construction of high-grade highways.The research results are of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of highway construction.
