摘 要:利用地下连续墙对高层住宅建筑深基坑进行施工,能显著提升建筑地基的稳定性和可靠性。在对某建筑基本情况进行简要介绍的基础上,分析了深基坑地下连续墙的主要方案,阐述了地下连续墙施工时的重点及难点问题并提出对策。最后对地下连续墙关键施工技术进行详细分析,包括测量放线、导墙形式及其制作、泥浆制备、成槽挖土、刷壁、钢筋笼吊装以及混凝土浇筑等。旨在推广地下连续墙施工技术,提升高层住宅建筑整体的施工质量。The use of underground continuous wall to construct the deep foundation pit of high-rise residential buildings can significantly improve the stability and reliability of the building foundation.On the basis of a brief introduction of the basic situation of a building,the main scheme of underground continuous wall of deep foundation pit is analyzed,and the key and difficult problems in the construction of underground continuous wall are expounded and put forward countermeasures.Finally,the key construction technology of underground continuous wall is analyzed in detail,including the measurement and laying out,the form of guide wall and its production,mud preparation,groove excavation,wall brushing,steel cage lifting and concrete pouring,etc.It aims to promote the construction technology of underground continuous wall and improve the overall construction quality of high-rise residential buildings.
