摘  要:建渣是一种废弃材料,大量的建筑垃圾集中堆放会占用大量土地资源,将建筑垃圾破碎后与水泥稳定土进行复合垫层,并应用于机场场道可大规模高效回收利用建筑垃圾。为探究水泥土建渣复合垫层的路用性能研究,开展了大规模现场试验,对不同水泥含量的水泥土下垫层,山皮石、碎石和建渣上垫层进行复合,开展12个试验区,进行了道基反应模量、重型触探、固体体积率试验,验证了水泥土建渣复合垫层用于机场场道工程的可行性。研究成果为水泥土建渣复合垫层在机场场道工程的应用提供一定的参考。Construction waste is a kind of waste material.The centralized stacking of a large amount of construction waste will occupy a large amount of land resources.After the construction waste is broken,it is combined with cement stabilized soil to form a composite cushion,which can be used in airport runways for large-scale and efficient recycling of construction waste.In order to explore the road performance of cement soil construction slag composite cushion,a large-scale field test was carried out.The cement soil cushion,mountain stone cushion,gravel cushion and construction slag cushion with different cement content were compounded,and 12 test areas were carried out.The subgrade reaction modulus test,heavy penetration test and solid volume rate test were carried out to verify the feasibility of cement soil construction slag composite cushion for airport runway engineering.The research results provide some reference for the application of cement soil construction slag composite cushion in airport runway engineering.
