摘　　要：目的探究短时程神经电刺激辅助药物治疗头面部带状疱疹性神经痛效果及对疼痛视觉模拟法(VAS)评分的影响。方法选取我院2023年6月-2024年6月期间接收的68例头面部带状疱疹性神经痛患者为研究对象,以不同治疗方案分为A、B两组,每组各34例,分别实施药物治疗、短时程神经电刺激辅助药物治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后VAS评分。结果B组治疗总有效率较A组高(P<0.05);治疗前B组VAS评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分与A组相近(P>0.05);治疗后B组VAS评分、PSQI评分较A组低(P<0.05)。结论对头面部带状疱疹性神经痛患者应用短时程神经电刺激辅助药物治疗,可提升治疗效果,降低其疼痛程度。Objective To explore the effect of short-term electrical nerve stimulation in the treatment of cephalic and facial herpes zoster neuralgia and its influence on visual analogue scale(VAS).Methods A total of 68 patients with herpetic neuralgia of the head and face received in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups A and B with different treatment plans,with 34 cases in each group.Drug therapy and short-term nerve electrical stimulation assisted drug therapy were implemented respectively.The therapeutic effects and VAS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Before treatment,VAS scores and Pittsburgh Sleep quality index(PSQI)scores in group B were similar to those in group A(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores and PSQI scores in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Short-term electrical nerve stimulation as adjuvant drug therapy can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the degree of pain in patients with herpes zoster neuralgia.
