恩格列净联合抗阻力运动对老年2型糖尿病患者血糖波动的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨恩格列净联合抗阻力运动对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖波动的影响。方法选取2022年5月-2024年4月本院收治的140例老年T2DM患者为对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(二甲双胍+抗阻力运动)与研究组(恩格列净+抗阻力运动)。比较两组疗效、血糖变异性、胰岛功能及氧化应激指标。结果与对照组比较,研究组治疗疗效更佳(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组SDBG、PPGE、LAGE、HOMA-IR、MDA低于对照组,FINS、2h PINS、SOD、CAT高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论恩格列净联合抗阻力运动治疗老年T2DM的效果理想,可改善胰岛素抵抗,减轻氧化应激反应,维持血糖水平的平稳。Objective To investigate the effects of englaglizin combined with anti-resistance exercise on blood glucose fluctuation in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 140 elderly T2DM patients admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to April 2024 were selected as subjects,and divided into control group(metformin+resistance exercise)and study group(englaglizin+resistance exercise)according to random number table method.The efficacy,blood glucose variability,insulin resistance and oxidative stress indexes were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the study group was better(P<0.05).After treatment,SDBG,PPGE,LAGE,HOMA-IR and MDA in the study group were lower than those in the control group,FINS,2h PINS,SOD and CAT were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Englaglizin combined with anti-resistance exercise has an ideal effect in the treatment of elderly T2DM,which can improve insulin resistance,reduce oxidative stress reaction and maintain stable blood glucose level.
