摘 要:目的观察分析中药房处方药合理用药安全性及应对措施。方法按照随机信封法对我院2023年7月-2024年6月收治的300例服用中药饮片患者进行分组,对照组(150例)采用医院中药房中药饮片处方常规管理,观察组(150例)采用中药房中药饮片处方质量管理,对比两组应用效果。结果经中药房中药饮片处方质量管理发现,处方药调配差错原因主要包括处方结构不清晰、调配剂量不准确、处方开具不规范、中药饮片误抓漏抓、中药饮片生熟用法未标注、未注重配伍禁忌。采取对应管理措施后,观察组合理用药安全率高于对照组,用药后患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院中药房中药饮片处方质量管理的使用能够及时发现、总结中药饮片调配问题,有助于通过采取应对措施提高中药饮片合理用药效率,减少差错,进而保障患者用药安全。Objective To observe and analyze the safety and countermeasures of rational drug use in Traditional Chinese Medicine pharmacy.Methods 300 patients taking TCM decoction pieces admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were divided into groups according to the random envelope method.The control group(150 cases)adopted the routine management of TCM decoction pieces prescription in the hospital’s TCM pharmacy,and the observation group(150 cases)adopted the quality management of TCM decoction pieces prescription in the TCM pharmacy.Results According to the prescription quality management of TCM decoction pieces in TCM pharmacy,the main causes of prescription dispensing errors included unclear prescription structure,inaccurate dispensing dose,irregular prescribing,mis-grasp of TCM decoction pieces,unmarked usage of raw and cooked TCM slices,and no attention to incompatibility.After taking corresponding management measures,the safety rate of rational drug use in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions after drug use was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The prescription quality management of TCM decoction pieces in hospital pharmacy can find and summarize the dispensing problems of TCM decoction pieces in time,which is helpful to improve the efficiency of rational use of TCM decoction pieces and reduce errors by taking countermeasures,so as to ensure the safety of medication for patients.
