摘 要:目的分析HDL-C与肺炎的相关性。方法收集2023年10月-2024年10月本院非重症肺炎患者65例,重症肺炎患者53例,对照组(健康体检者)45例,检测HDL-C、ApoA1及炎症指标,比较各组差异。结果非重症肺炎组、重症肺炎组、对照组三组HDL-C、ApoA1及炎症指标差异有统计学意义。结论肺炎及重症肺炎者HDL-C水平降低,其具有抗炎、抗感染特性,在肺炎等感染性疾病方面对机体具有保护作用。Objective To analyze an association between HDL-C and pneumonia.Methods To collect 65 patients with non severe pneumonia,53 with severe pneumonia and 45 with control group(healthy examinees)from October 2023 to October 2024.HDL-C,ApoA1 and inflammation indexes were detected and the differences among all groups were compared.Results There were significant differences in HDL-C,ApoA1 and inflammation indexes among pneumonia group,severe pneumonia group and control group.Conclusion HDL-C levels decreased in patients with pneumonia and severe pneumonia,which has anti-inflammatory and anti-infection properties and has a protective effect on the body in infectious diseases.
