抑郁症患者血清LDH、CRP指标检测及其与病情程度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁症患者血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、C反应蛋白(CRP)指标检测及其与病情程度的相关性。方法选取2022年7月-2024年7月天津市荣军优抚医院收治的80例抑郁症患者为对象,均采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估病情程度,以此分为轻度(7-17分)、中度(18-24分)、重度组(≥25分);并采集所有患者静脉血开展LDH、CRP检测,比较不同病情程度患者LDH、CRP水平差异;采用Pearson分析LDH、CRP与病情程度的相关性。结果80例抑郁症患者HAMD评分为(20.62±2.41)分,其中轻度23例,中度41例,重度16例;重度组LDH水平为(115.02±8.35)IU/L,低于中度组、轻度组,CRP水平为(8.15±1.14)mg/L,高于中度组、轻度组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析显示,LDH与HAMD评分呈负相关(r=-0.439,P=0.000);CRP与HAMD评分呈正相关(r=0.398,P=0.000)。结论抑郁症患者血清LDH与CRP水平可出现明显异常,且与患者病情程度存在相关性,还需于早期做好此类检测,便于更好地调整治疗方案,控制抑郁病情。Objective To explore the detection of serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and C-reactive protein(CRP)indicators in patients with depression and their correlation with the severity of the disease.Methods 80 patients with depression admitted to Tianjin Rongjun Special Care Hospital from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the subjects.The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate the severity of the condition,and they were divided into mild(7-17 points),moderate(18-24 points),and severe groups(≥25points);collect venous blood samples from all patients for LDH and CRP testing,and compare the differences in LDH and CRP levels among patients with different degrees of illness;pearson analysis was used to investigate the correlation between LDH,CRP and the severity of the disease.Results The HAMD score of 80 patients with depression was(20.62±2.41)points,including 23 mild cases,41 moderate cases,and 16 severe cases;the LDH level in the severe group was(115.02±8.35)IU/L,lower than that in the moderate and mild groups.The CRP level was(8.15±1.14)mg/L,higher than that in the moderate and mild groups,with statistical differences(P<0.05);pearson correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between LDH and HAMD score(r=-0.439,P=0.000);CRP is positively correlated with HAMD score(r=0.398,P=0.000).Conclusion Serum LDH and CRP levels in patients with depression can show significant abnormalities and are correlated with the severity of the patient’s condition.Early detection of such levels is necessary to better adjust treatment plans and control depression.
