摘  要:目的推动医院管理水平,提升医疗质量和患者满意度,充分调动医务人员的积极性。方法设定明确的目标,确立责任分工,逐项分解到科室及个人,通过考核奖优罚劣。结果采用可量化的目标,使医院管理更加系统化和条理化,能够更加有序、高效地完成预期目标任务,从而提升医院的整体管理水平。结论通过设定可衡量的目标,将其层层分解至各科室(部门)和员工,医院能够形成一个统一、协调的管理体系。通过目标考核,使医院各科室(部门)和员工的工作方向更加清晰,确保各项工作有序进行。Objective To promote the level of hospital management,improve medical quality and patient satisfaction,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff.Methods To set clear goals,establish the division of responsibilities,decompose to departments and individuals one by one,pass the assessment,reward the good and punish the bad.Results The use of quantifiable objectives made the hospital management more systematic and organized,and the expected objectives and tasks could be completed more orderly and efficiently,thus improving the overall management level of the hospital.Conclusion A unified and coordinated management system can be formed by setting measurable goals and breaking them down to each department and staff.Through the target assessment,the work direction of each department(department)and staff in the hospital is more clear to ensure the orderly progress of all work.
