农村药品零售市场的假劣药品查处率与监管覆盖率的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探究农村药品零售市场假劣药品查处率与监管覆盖率之间的关系,为优化农村药品监管策略提供依据。方法选取3个不同地区的农村药品零售市场作为研究对象,收集2019-2023年各地区的监管覆盖率数据(包括监管部门对药品零售门店的检查频次、检查覆盖面等),以及同期假劣药品查处率数据(假劣药品查处数量占药品抽检总数量的比例)。运用统计学方法分析两者之间的相关性。结果不同地区农村药品零售市场的监管覆盖率和假劣药品查处率存在显著差异(P<0.05)。经相关性分析,监管覆盖率与假劣药品查处率呈正相关(r=0.785,P<0.01)。进一步的线性回归分析显示,监管覆盖率对假劣药品查处率具有显著影响(F=32.56,P<0.01)。结论提高农村药品零售市场的监管覆盖率,有助于提升假劣药品查处率,对保障农村居民用药安全具有重要意义。Objective To explore the relationship between the detection rate of fake and inferior drugs and regulatory coverage in the rural pharmaceutical retail market,and to provide a basis for optimizing rural pharmaceutical regulation strategies.Methods Four rural pharmaceutical retail markets in different regions were selected as the research subjects.Data on regulatory coverage(including the frequency and scope of inspections by regulatory authorities)from 2019 to 2023 were collected,as well as data on the detection rate of fake and inferior drugs(the ratio of the number of fake and inferior drugs detected to the total number of drugs sampled).Statistical methods were used to analyze the correlation between the two variables.Results There were significant differences in the regulatory coverage and the detection rate of fake and inferior drugs in rural pharmaceutical retail markets in different regions(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that regulatory coverage was positively correlated with the detection rate of fake and inferior drugs(r=0.785,P<0.01).Further linear regression analysis showed that regulatory coverage has a significant impact on the detection rate of fake and inferior drugs(F=32.56,P<0.01).Conclusion Increasing the regulatory coverage in the rural pharmaceutical retail market helps improve the detection rate of fake and inferior drugs,which is of great significance for ensuring the safety of drug use among rural residents.
