摘　　要：目的编制居民戊肝风险认知量表并进行信效度检验。方法以知信行理论(KAP)为基础,通过文献查阅与访谈,初步拟定量表条目,邀请17名专家进行两轮德尔菲法咨询形成量表初稿后,选取绵阳一家三甲医院发放511份量表进行信效度检验。结果形成量表三个维度23个条目,量表整体的Cronbach’sα系数为0.935,量表的三个维度的聚合效度(AVE)在0.512-0.824之间,组合效度(CR)在0.892-0.977之间。结论居民戊肝风险认知量表的信效度良好,可作为了解居民对戊肝认知风险认知情况的测量工具。Objective To develop a risk perception scale for hepatitis E among residents and test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the Knowledge,Attitude and Practice(KAP)theory,the initial items of the scale were drafted through literature review and interviews.After two rounds of Delphi consultation with 17 experts,the initial version of the scale was formed.511 copies of the scale were distributed in a tertiary hospital in Mianyang for reliability and validity testing.Results The scale consists of 3 dimensions and 23 items.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the overall scale is 0.935.The average variance extracted of the three dimensions ranges from 0.512 to 0.824,and the composite reliability ranges from 0.892 to 0.977.Conclusion The reliability and validity of the hepatitis E risk perception scale for residents are good,which is suitable for the residents’perception of hepatitis E risk perception assessment.
