健脾三针合山泽通气治疗腹腔镜术后腹满的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究健脾三针合山泽通气治疗腹腔镜术后腹满的效果。方法选取2024年1-12月我院收治的80例普外腹腔镜术后腹满患者,按随机数表法分为对照组(40例,常规西医治疗)与观察组(40例,健脾三针合山泽通气治疗)。对比两组胃肠功能恢复指标、腹胀情况、腹痛情况、中医证候积分、并发症发生率。结果观察组术后首次排气及排便、肠鸣音恢复、腹胀持续时间均较短,腹痛发作次数较少(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组腹胀、腹痛评分均降低,观察组更低,两组各项中医证候积分及总分均降低,观察组更低(P<0.05)。两组术后均未发生肠梗阻、肠粘连。结论健脾三针合山泽通气可减轻腹腔镜术后腹满患者的腹痛及腹胀症状,降低其中医证候积分及并发症发生率,促进胃肠功能恢复。Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi three needles combined with Shanze ventilation in the treatment of abdominal fullness after laparoscopic surgery.Methods 80 patients with full abdomen after general laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases,conventional Western medicine treatment)and observation group(40 cases,Jianpi three needles combined with Shanze ventilation treatment)according to random number table method.The indexes of gastrointestinal function recovery,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,TCM syndrome score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the first postoperative exhaust and defecation,intestinal sound recovery,abdominal distension duration were shorter,and the frequency of abdominal pain was less(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension and abdominal pain were decreased in both groups,the observation group was lower,and the scores and total scores of TCM syndroms in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower(P<0.05).No intestinal obstruction or intestinal adhesion occurred in both groups.Conclusion Jianpi three needles combined with Shanze ventilation can alleviate the symptoms of abdominal pain and distension in patients with abdominal fullness after laparoscopic surgery,reduce the TCM syndrome score and complication rate,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
