摘 要:粮食是人类赖以生存和发展的重要物质,其加工水平决定了粮食资源的利用效率。本文分析了粮食加工对于降低储存损耗、提高副产物综合利用率、促进产业融合等各方面的积极影响,指出了目前我国粮食加工业存在的企业规模小、产品结构单一、关键技术有待突破等问题,从加快粮食产业园区建设、推进企业重组、发展高新技术、开拓精深加工等角度提出了优化粮食加工和提高粮食资源利用效率的对策建议,为我国粮食加工业的升级发展提供参考。Food is an important material basis for human survival and development,and its processing level determines the utilization efficiency of food resources.This paper first analyzes the positive impact of grain processing on reducing storage loss,improving the comprehensive utilization rate of by-products,and promoting industrial integration,and then points out the problems existing in China's grain processing industry,such as small enterprise scale,single product structure,and key technologies to be broken through.It also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize grain processing and improve the utilization efficiency of grain resources from the perspectives of accelerating the construction of grain industrial park,promoting the reorganization of enterprises,developing high and new technology,and opening up deep processing,which provides an important reference for the upgrading and development of China's grain processing industry.
