摘　　要：本文针对特殊医学用途配方食品对围手术期患者营养干预的价值进行分析,简要概述特殊医学用途配方食品的类型和功能,分析目前围手术期患者营养干预的现状,明确特殊医学用途配方食品的应用成分及其有效功能,并提出具体应用方案,可以为围手术期患者营养支持提供重要参考,进一步促进我国特殊医学用途配方食品的全面发展。This paper analyzes the value of formula food for special medical use in nutritional intervention for perioperative patients,briefly summarizes the types and functions of formula food for special medical use,analyzes the current status of nutritional intervention for perioperative patients,defines the applied ingredients and effective functions of formula food for special medical use,and puts forward specific application plans.Therefore,it can provide an important reference for nutritional support of perioperative patients and further promote the comprehensive development of formula food for special medical purposes in China.
