摘　　要：灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)是一种传统名贵中药材,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、神经保护、保肝、抗糖尿病和抗氧化等多种药理活性。本文综述了灵芝主要活性成分(如多糖、三萜类化合物和蛋白质/多肽)的药代动力学研究进展,包括其在体内的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄过程,以及现代分析技术在灵芝研究中的应用。Ganoderma lucidum(Ganoderma lucidum)is a kind of traditional Chinese medicinal material,which has many pharmacological activities such as immune regulation,anti-tumor,neuroprotection,liver protection,anti-diabetes and anti-oxidation.This paper reviews the advances in pharmacokinetics of the main active components of Ganoderma lucidum,such as polysaccharides,triterpenoids and proteins/peptides,including their absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion processes in vivo,as well as the application of modern analytical techniques in studies of Ganoderma lucidum.
