摘  要:对模具结构设计原理、部件联动关系以及加工力学原理进行了深入分析,并通过多次试验与模拟运行验证其性能。结果表明该模具可在同一模具上顺利依次执行冲孔与整形工序,提高了工作效率,减少了多副模具切换的时间损耗,模具的集成化有效降低了设备与人力成本,在工业化生产中具有较高应用价值。This article provides an in-depth analysis of the principles of die structure design,component linkages,and the principles of processing mechanics.Moreover,multiple tests and simulation operations were conducted to verify the performance of this die.The obtained results clearly demonstrate that this die is capable of successfully executing both the punching and finishing processes on the same die without any glitches.It greatly enhances the work efficiency by eliminating the time-consuming process of switching between multiple sets of die.The integration of die leads to a remarkable reduction in both equipment and labor costs.In the context of industrial production,this die thus has a high application value.
