摘  要:以某泵壳零件为例,分析比较了两种不同浇口方案,通过对比两组浇注系统的填充时间、流动前沿温度、熔接线及翘曲变形量,选择了点浇口的方案并设定了初始注射工艺参数。以降低泵壳零件的翘曲变形量为目标,选择熔体温度、保压时间、模具温度和保压压力4个参数为实验因素,通过正交实验法对成型工艺参数进行了优化,优化后翘曲变形量为0.2893mm,比优化前降低了10.3%。本实验采用模流分析技术模拟注射过程中可能出现的问题,降低了研发成本,缩短了研发周期,能为注射成型方案的设计及其他壳盖类零件的生产提供一定的参考价值。Taking a pump shell as an example,two different gating schemes were analyzed and compared.By comparing the filling time,flowing front temperature,welding line and warping deformation of two gating systems,the point gating scheme was selected and the initial injection process parameters were set.In order to reduce the warpage deformation of pump shell parts,four parameters,namely melt temperature,holding time,mold temperature and holding pressure,were selected as experimental factors,and the molding process parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The warpage deformation after optimization was 0.2893mm,which was 10.3% lower than that before optimization.In this experiment,the mold flow analysis technology is used to simulate the possible problems in the injection molding process,which can reduce the research and development cost and shorten the research and development cycle,and provide certain reference value for the design of injection molding scheme and the production of other shell and cover parts.
