摘　　要：随着工业4.0时代的到来,智能制造技术在机械制造行业的应用不断深化。目前技术应用过程中仍面临评估体系不完善、专业人才缺乏、标准化程度不足等问题。针对这些问题,分析了机械制造行业的应用需求,剖析了其在设计研发、生产加工和故障处理等环节的具体应用,提出了建立评估监控体系、构建人才培养平台、完善标准化管理等优化路径。With the advent of Industry 4.0 era,the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in the machinery manufacturing industry continues to deepen.At present,the application of technology still faces some problems,such as imperfect evaluation system,lack of professional personnel and lack of standardization.In response to these problems,this paper analyzes the application needs of the machinery manufacturing industry,analyzes its specific applications in the design and development,production and processing,fault handling and other links,and puts forward the establishment of evaluation and monitoring system,construction of talent training platform,improve standardized management and other optimization paths.
