摘　　要：改性纤维球滤器是生产水处理流程中的关键设备之一,具有处理效果好,成本低,占地面积小等特点,主要用于去除含有污水中的分散油和固体悬浮物。滤料的漏失是导致纤维球滤器下降的主要原因,从改性纤维球滤器的结构原理、运行工艺、滤料本身等方面分析滤料漏失的原因,并且提出相应的改进措施并在现场实施,有效降低改性纤维球滤器滤料的破坏与漏失,提升纤维球滤器运行的稳定性,提高设备的使用效率。A certain offshore oil field is a water injection development oil field.During the oil extraction process,the production water of the oil field is treated to be qualified and then injected back into the formation.Modified fiber ball filter is a new technology and equipment used in a certain offshore oil platform in recent years.It is one of the key equipment in the production water treatment process,with the characteristics of good treatment effect,low cost,and small footprint.It is mainly used to remove dispersed oil and suspended solids in wastewater.As the last stage treatment equipment in the production water treatment system,its treatment effect directly affects the water quality of oilfield injection.In the use of modified fiber ball filters,the leakage of filter material is the main reason for the decline of fiber ball filters.It analyzes the causes of filter material leakage from the structural principle,operating process,and filter material itself of modified fiber ball filters,and proposes corresponding improvement measures to be implemented on site,effectively reducing the damage and leakage of filter material in modified fiber ball filters,improving the stability of fiber ball filter operation,and enhancing the efficiency of equipment use.
