摘 要:砂带作为高效磨削工具,其性能受线速度、接触轮硬度及磨削压力等多因素影响。通过控制变量法,研究预磨等高处理对砂带磨削性能的影响。实验表明,预磨处理可提升砂带总磨削量5%~14%,并改善磨削锋利度;涂层厚度与预磨效果呈正相关。研究结果为砂带预处理工艺优化提供了理论依据。As an efficient grinding tool,the performance of abrasive belts is affected by multiple factors such as linear velocity,hardness of the contact wheel,and grinding pressure.In this research,through the method of controlling variables,the influence of pre-grinding contouring treatment on the grinding performance of abrasive belts is studied.The experiments show that the pre-grinding treatment can increase the total grinding amount of the abrasive belt by 5% to 14%and improve the grinding sharpness;there is a positive correlation between the coating thickness and the pre-grinding effect.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the pre-treatment process of abrasive belts.
