摘  要:在当前智能制造的大背景下,工业自动化与智能化已成为推动制造业转型升级的关键力量。激光模切设备作为现代精密加工的重要工具,其控制系统的性能直接关系到加工效率、产品质量以及生产线的整体灵活性。从激光模切设备组成入手,探讨了激光模切设备控制系统总体结构,通过对控制单元、通信系统、软件系统架构等方面设计,为激光模切设备的高效、精准控制提供一套可行的解决方案。In the current context of intelligent manufacturing,industrial automation and intelligence have become key forces driving the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.As an important tool for modern precision machining,the performance of the control system of laser die-cutting equipment is directly related to machining efficiency,product quality,and the overall flexibility of the production line.start with the composition of laser die-cutting equipment,aiming to explore the overall structure of the control system of laser die-cutting equipment.By designing the control unit,communication system,software system architecture,and other aspects,a feasible solution will be provided for the efficient and precise control of laser diecutting equipment.
