摘 要:机械自动化技术的质量管控是实现制造业提质增效的核心要素。在智能化与数字技术深度集成的背景下,如何通过全流程优化提高生产运行稳定性与质量一致性成为重点研究方向。本研究基于机械自动化技术的基本特征,解析其质量管控体系的关键作用,深入分析人员操作规范性、设备运行精度及工艺参数匹配度等核心变量,并围绕智能装备迭代、生产模式重构等优化路径展开论述,为建立动态化质量管控机制构建理论模型与实施方案,推动制造产业向智能化精益生产模式演进。Quality control of mechanical automation technology is a core element in achieving quality and efficiency improvement in the manufacturing industry.In the context of deep integration of intelligence and digital technology,how to improve production operation stability and quality consistency through full process optimization has become a key research direction.This study is based on the basic characteristics of mechanical automation technology,analyzing the key role of its quality control system,and delving into core variables such as personnel operation standardization,equipment operation accuracy,and process parameter matching.It also discusses optimization paths such as intelligent equipment iteration,production mode reconstruction,and digital technology penetration,in order to build a theoretical model and implementation plan for establishing a dynamic quality control mechanism and promote the evolution of the manufacturing industry towards intelligent lean production mode.
