摘　　要：移液器作为生命科学、医学检验等领域的常用计量器具,其量值准确性直接关系到实验数据的可靠性,传统人工检定方式效率低、一致性差,已难以满足大批量移液器计量检定的需求。针对移液器计量检定的特点,研究设计了一套基于智能自动化控制的移液器计量检定系统,该系统以工控机为核心,集成了精密电子天平、高精度视觉伺服系统等,实现了移液器吸排液、称重、数据处理的自动化,显著提高了检定效率和测量准确度。The pipette is a commonly used measuring instrument in the fields of life science and medical inspection,and its accuracy is directly related to the reliability of experimental data.The traditional manual verification method is low in efficiency and poor in consistency,and can difficult to meet the needs of mass pipette measurement and verification.According to the characteristics of pipette measurement and verification,this paper studies and designs a pipette measurement and verification system based on intelligent automatic control.The system takes industrial computer as the core,integrates precision electronic balance and high-precision visual servo system,etc.,realizes the automation of pipette drainage,weighing and data processing,and significantly improves the verification efficiency and measurement accuracy.
