摘　　要：工业4.0和智能制造战略推动下,智能机器人技术成为机械制造业转型的关键。分析智能机器人在自动化生产线的应用,重点讨论协作、移动、视觉引导和人工智能增强型机器人在制造环节的应用及效益。案例分析展示了智能机器人技术如何提升生产流程、效率、产品质量和降低成本。指出了技术瓶颈和挑战,并对未来趋势进行展望,为机械制造企业智能化转型提供参考。Driven by Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing strategy,intelligent robot technology has become the key to the transformation of the mechanical manufacturing industry.Analyzes the application of intelligent robots in automated production lines,focusing on the application and benefits of collaborative,mobile,visually guided,and AI enhanced robots in the manufacturing process.The case analysis demonstrates how intelligent robot technology can improve production processes,efficiency,product quality,and reduce costs.Technological bottlenecks and challenges are pointed out,and future trends are envisioned to provide reference for the intelligent transformation of mechanical manufacturing enterprises.
