摘  要:喷嘴挡板机构是阀门定位器中的关键部件,其结构和加工质量直接影响着阀门定位器的整体性能。为提升喷嘴挡板的综合性能,对喷嘴内部几何参数进行了DOE分析,并进行了喷嘴关键结构的参数优化,选出了最佳结构参数的喷嘴尺寸。通过搭建试验台,进行了喷嘴挡板结构的灵敏度测试。结果显示,该方案下优化后的阀门喷嘴,拥有更高的灵敏度,其一阶固有频率显著提高,从而提升阀门定位器的控制效果。The nozzle-flapper mechanism is a critical component in valve positioners,where its structural and manufacturing quality directly impacts the overall performance of the valve positioner.To enhance the comprehensive performance of the nozzle-flapper,a Design of Experiments(DOE) analysis was first conducted on the internal geometric parameters of the nozzle.This was followed by the optimization of key structural parameters of the nozzle,leading to the selection of the optimal nozzle dimensions.Subsequently,a test bench was constructed to evaluate the sensitivity of the nozzle-flapper structure.The results demonstrate that the optimized valve nozzle under this scheme exhibits higher sensitivity and a significantly improved first-order natural frequency,thereby enhancing the control effectiveness of the valve positioner.
