水厂设备运行中常见故障问题与对策研究

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,供水需求日益增长,水厂设备的稳定运行十分重要,水厂设备涉及多个环节,一旦某个环节出现故障,将影响整个供水系统的正常运行,导致供水不足、水质恶化等问题,给居民生活和工业生产带来诸多不便。主要阐述了水厂设备运行中常见故障问题,如水泵故障、阀门故障、反应池搅拌设备故障等,并提出了相应的措施,为城市供水安全提供有力支持。With the acceleration of urbanization,the demand for water supply is growing,the stable operation of water plant equipment is very important,water plant equipment involves multiple links,once a link fails,it will affect the normal operation of the whole water supply system,resulting in insufficient water supply,water quality deterioration and other problems,bringing many inconveniences to residents' lives and industrial production.The study mainly expounds the common faults in the operation of water plant equipment,such as pump failure,valve failure,reaction tank mixing equipment failure,etc.,and puts forward corresponding measures to provide strong support for the safety of urban water supply.
