摘　　要：随着工业技术的不断发展,变转速液压齿轮泵在工业生产中的应用日益广泛。然而,由于其工作环境的复杂性和运行条件的严苛性,变转速液压齿轮泵常常面临各种故障问题,这不仅影响了生产线的稳定运行,还可能导致严重的经济损失和安全隐患。通过对变转速液压齿轮泵故障机理进行分析,探讨变转速液压齿轮泵故障诊断方法,为实际工程应用提供理论依据和技术支持。With the continuous development of industrial technology,the application of variable speed hydraulic gear pumps in industrial production is becoming increasingly widespread.However,due to the complexity of its working environment and the strictness of its operating conditions,variable speed hydraulic gear pumps often face various fault problems,which not only affect the stable operation of the production line,but may also lead to serious economic losses and safety hazards.This research analyzes the fault mechanism of variable speed hydraulic gear pumps,aiming to explore the fault diagnosis methods of variable speed hydraulic gear pumps and provide theoretical basis and technical support for practical engineering applications.
