摘  要:围绕安庆港中心港区皖河新港一期岸边集装箱装卸桥安装项目展开。该项目施工环境复杂,安全风险大。目前其安全管理存在组织结构不完善、技术措施执行不力、安全教育培训不足、应急响应机制不健全等问题。运用PDCA方法,从计划、执行、检查、行动4个阶段制订并实施安全管理策略,提升项目安全管理水平,保障施工安全。It focuses on the installation project of the container loading and unloading bridge on the first phase of the Wanhe New Port in the central port area of Anqing Port.The construction environment of this project is complex and poses significant safety risks.At present,there are problems with its security management,such as incomplete organizational structure,ineffective implementation of technical measures,insufficient safety education and training,and inadequate emergency response mechanisms.To this end,the PDCA method is used to develop and implement safety management strategies from the four stages of planning,execution,inspection,and action,aiming to improve the level of project safety management and ensure construction safety.
