摘  要:随着工业生产的智能化和自动化要求不断提升,传统的工厂安全监控模式面临着反应速度慢、管理复杂等问题。基于平台需求分析,采用了现场设备层、控制层和管理层的分布式结构,结合多维智能算法,提出了一种融合智能视频监控、大数据分析、云计算和智能预警的全厂安全监控与联动预警平台,通过将多种先进技术相结合,实现了对生产环境、设备状态、人员行为的实时监测与智能分析,提升整体运营效率与安全保障能力。As industrial production increasingly demands intelligent and automated systems,traditional plant safety monitoring models face challenges such as slow response times and complex management processes.Based on an analysis of platform requirements,a distributed architecture was adopted,consisting of field device layers,control layers,and management layers.By integrating multi-dimensional intelligent algorithms,a comprehensive plant-wide safety monitoring and linkage early warning platform was proposed.The platform combines intelligent video monitoring,big data analysis,cloud computing,and intelligent early warning technologies.Through the synergy of these advanced technologies,the platform enables real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis of production environments,equipment status,and personnel behavior,thereby improving operational efficiency and safety assurance capabilities.
