摘　　要：电梯作为现代建筑中不可或缺的垂直交通工具,其安全性能直接关系到乘客的生命财产安全。从众多案例中可以看出,电梯事故发生的可能性在违章操作、误操作、未严格检验等人因失误行为的影响下大大增加。通过对电梯检验过程中人因失误的类型、原因进行系统分析,提出针对性的管理对策,以提高电梯检验工作的质量和可靠性,保障电梯的安全运行。As an indispensable vertical transportation tool in modern architecture,the safety performance of elevators directly affects the safety of passengers' lives and property.From numerous cases,it can be seen that the possibility of elevator accidents greatly increases due to the influence of human error behaviors such as illegal operation,misoperation,and lack of strict inspection.Based on this,it systematically analyze the types and causes of human errors in elevator inspection processes,and propose targeted management strategies to improve the quality and reliability of elevator inspection work and ensure the safe operation of elevators.
