摘 要:后工业时代,原始的滨江工业用地成为城市更新的重点地区。然而,部分工业遗址具有极其重要的文化价值和时代意义,现有的城市更新模式未能在满足城市高强度开发建设的同时,完整保留工业遗址风貌。本研究结合国内外不同时期的典型滨水工业区更新案例,分析工业遗址保护和城市开发的矛盾关系,并以广州市文冲船厂滨水工业区更新为例,提出了“立体城市,多维叠合”的城市更新模式,在满足滨水优质用地功能更新的同时,完整保护具有文化属性和历史价值的工业遗迹。本研究扩充了存量规划时代下的城市更新模式,为具有特殊意义的老旧工业片区的更新发展提供了新的理论框架与实践工具。In the post-industrial era,the original waterfront industrial land has become a key area for urban renewal.However,some industrial sites have extremely important cultural value and contemporary significance,and the existing urban renewal models have failed to fully preserve the style of industrial sites while meeting the requirements of high-intensity urban development and construction.This paper combines the typical renewal cases of waterfront industrial zones at home and abroad in different periods,and analyzes the contradictory relationship between industrial site protection and urban development.Taking the waterfront industrial zone renewal of Wenchong Shipyard in Guangzhou as an example,a“three-dimensional urban and multi-dimensional overlapping”urban renewal model is proposed,which can fully protect the industrial relics with cultural attributes and historical value while meeting the functional renewal of high-quality waterfront land.This paper expands the urban renewal model in the era of stock planning,providing a new theoretical framework and practical tools for the renewal and development of old industrial areas with special significance.
