基于多元回归模型的青岛历史街道价值感知研究--以大鲍岛文化休闲街区为例

摘　　要：当前青岛历史城区的更新过程中,存在过度关注进度而忽视价值保护的问题,且偏重于单体建筑的保护,对周围街道的重视不足。为此,本研究聚焦于历史街道的保护性开发,构建了关于青岛历史街道价值感知的多元回归模型,提取了影响游客价值感知的关键因素。分析结果表明,周边环境的原真性、历史风貌的完整性、传统生活方式的延续性,以及历史事迹的丰富性,对街道价值感知的影响较为显著。基于此,文章提出以下更新建议:强化环境原真性,保护传统生活方式,恢复历史风貌,增强历史事迹的展示,并提升街道的空间功能多样性。In the current renewal of historical streets in Qingdao,there are the problems of too much attention on the schedule,ignorance of value protection,and emphasis on the protection of single buildings and less attention on the surrounding streets.Therefore,this paper focuses on the protective development of historical streets,establishes a multiple regression model for the value perception of historical streets in Qingdao,and extracts the key factors affecting tourists’perception of street value.The analysis results show that the authenticity of the surrounding environment,the integrity of historical features,the continuity of traditional life style and the richness of historical deeds have a significant impact on the street value perception.In view of this,some renewal suggestions are put forward,including strengthening the authenticity of the environment,protecting the traditional way of life,restoring the historical style,enhancing the display of historical deeds,and enhancing the diversity of spatial functions of the street.
