空间生产视角下成都东郊记忆工业遗产更新实践及成效分析

摘　　要：城市工业区的改造是旧城更新改造及城市空间重构的重要组成部分。文章基于空间生产理论,梳理了空间生产的思想来源、研究进展及其对国内旧城更新改造的启示,并以成都东郊记忆改造项目为例,总结了城市工业区改造的空间生产过程。文章从土地政策、资本联动及规划运营三个角度分析了东郊记忆的转型过程,同时从空间实践、空间表征及空间治理三个维度总结了城市工业区改造的相关策略,并提出对国内旧城更新改造中工业区转型、设计及运营的相关建议。The transformation of urban industrial areas is an important part of the renewal and reconstruction of old cities and the reconstruction of urban space.Based on the theory of space production,this paper combs the ideological sources and research development of space production,as well as its implications for the renewal and reconstruction of domestic old cities.Taking the reconstruction project of the Eastern Suburb Memory in Chengdu as an example,it summarizes the space production process in the transformation of urban industrial areas,and analyzes the transformation process of the Eastern Suburb Memory from the three perspectives of land policy,capital linkage and planning and operation.At the same time,it summarizes the relevant strategies for the transformation of urban industrial areas from the three dimensions of spatial practice,spatial representation and spatial governance,and puts forward the relevant suggestions for the transformation,design and operation of industrial areas in the renewal of domestic old cities.
