摘　　要：随着城市化进程的不断推进,历史街区作为城市文化传承的关键空间,面临保护和再发展的双重压力。有机更新强调在维持原有历史文脉的基础上,注入新的功能和活力,已成为解决这一难题的可行途径。文章首先回顾和分析了历史街区有机更新的概念与研究背景,指出其在城市可持续发展中的重要性。随后文章选取郑州二砂历史文化街区为具体实例,深入探讨其在有机更新过程中出现的问题,如历史文化易被遗忘、可供更新的区域有限、交通不便利等问题。针对这些问题,文章提出了一系列的解决对策,包括最大限度地保留历史建筑、对建筑进行立体扩容、开放新的交通路线和采取新的交通方式等。最后,文章总结有机更新不仅要关注物质空间的改造,更要注重社会文化层面的协调与经济发展,以此来为未来历史街区的保护与更新提供有效参考。With the continuous advancement of urbanization,historic districts,as the key space for the inheritance of urban culture,face the dual pressure of protection and redevelopment.Organic renewal,emphasizing injecting new functions and vitality while maintaining the original historical context,has become a feasible way to solve this problem.Firstly,this paper reviews and analyzes the concept and research background of organic renewal of historic districts,and points out its importance in urban sustainable development.Then,this paper selects Ersha Historical and Cultural Block in Zhengzhou as an example,and deeply discusses the problems in the process of organic renewal,such as the history and culture easy to be forgotten,the limited area for renewal,and inconvenient transportation.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward a series of solutions,including maximizing the preservation of historical buildings,three-dimensional expansion of buildings,opening new traffic routes and adopting new traffic methods.Finally,this paper concludes that organic renewal should not only pay attention to the transformation of material space,but also pay attention to the coordination and economic development at the social and cultural level,so as to provide an effective reference for the protection and renewal of historical blocks in the future.
