城市严寒地区既有建筑节能与生态改造案例研究

摘  要:文章以严寒地区某高层住宅建筑为例,运用Phoenics、Ecotect和DesignBuilder软件,对其风环境、光环境、热环境和能耗环境进行分析。从建筑、结构、系统、设备策略等方面,采取绿色节能措施对建筑进行改造,并对改造后的建筑节能率和二氧化碳减排率进行预测。结果表明:在建筑性能诊断中,建筑转角风速明显增加,尤其是室外上层和建筑顶层风速增大,室内光照过低,窗户附近存在眩光问题;通过采取措施对飘窗、外墙等的改造,目标建筑的性能得到明显改善。在风环境方面,冬季强风区和夏季弱风区面积均显著减少。在光环境方面,户内照明更加均匀,照度指数在100~2000的比例从9.2%增加到32.7%,照度2000引起的眩光减少了28.4%。安装太阳能光伏板后,节能率、减排率分别高达19.8%和38.8%。综合各项措施,目标建筑最终节能率为54.3%,减排率为86.3%。The paper takes a high-rise residential building in a severe cold region as an example,and analyzes its wind,light,thermal,and energy consumption environments with Phoenics,Ecotect,and DesignBuilder software.Green energy-saving measures were taken to restore the building in terms of architecture,structure,system,and equipment strategies,and the energy-saving rate and carbon dioxide emission reduction rate of the renovated building were predicted.The results show that in the diagnosis of the building performance,the wind speed of the building corners increases significantly,especially the wind speed of the upper outdoor floors and the top floors of the building.The indoor light is too low,and there is a glare problem near the windows.The performance of the target building has been significantly improved through the implementation of renovation measures on bay windows and exterior walls.In terms of the wind environment,the area of strong wind zone in winter and weak wind zone in summer have been significantly reduced.In terms of the light environment,indoor lighting has become more uniform,the percentage of illuminance index between 100 and 2000 has increased from 9.2%to 32.7%,and the glare caused by illuminance of 2000 has been reduced by 28.4%.After installing solar photovoltaic panels,the energy-saving and emission reduction rates has been as high as 19.8%and 38.8%respectively.Combining all measures,the final energy-saving rate and emission reduction rate of the target building are 54.3%and 86.3%,respectively.
