摘  要:文章通过设计实践项目,探讨基于夏热冬冷地区气候适应性的超高层建筑形体优化设计方法。在构建参数可控的建筑形体拓扑模型基础上,将超高层建筑的太阳辐射得热、平面使用效率和外部形态美观作为优化目标,利用Grasshopper参数化平台下Ladybug和Honeybee工具进行模拟计算,通过Wallacei插件进行遗传算法优化,最终利用遗传算法定量分析和建筑师的定性分析来筛选并获取性能指标最优的建筑形体,实现能耗、平面使用效率和外部形态美观的整体提升。通过“模拟-计算-优化-筛选”的形体优化方法,为夏热冬冷地区超高层建筑绿色设计提供新的思路,对我国绿色建筑的发展有着重要意义。The paper aims to explore the optimal design method for super high-rise building form with climate adaptation in hot summer and cold winter regions through the design of the practical projects.Based on the construction of the topological model for the building form with controllable parameters,and taking solar heat gain,plane use efficiency and beautiful external form as the optimization objectives,the Ladybug and Honeybee tools under Grasshopper platform are used for simulation and calculation,and Wallacei plug-in is used for genetic algorithm optimization.Finally,through the quantitative analysis of the genetic algorithm and the qualitative analysis of the architect,the best-performing building form is screened and obtained to achieve the overall improvement in energy consumption,plane use efficiency and exterior aesthetics.The form optimization method of“simulation-calculation-optimization-screening”provides new ideas for the green design of ultra-high-rise buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions,which is of great significance for the development of green buildings in China.
