摘　　要：随着我国经济社会和城市发展进入以高质量发展为内涵的新时代,产业园区的产城融合程度与空间环境质量逐步提升,其总体城市设计也越来越受到重视。文章为尝试解决产业园区总体城市设计与产业策划、产业体系建构衔接性不畅的问题,以防城港市医药制造产业园为例,从“产业引领设计”的视角,建构了“产业策划引领总体设计理念、产业空间组织引领总体设计结构、重点产业项目引领核心地段设计”的产业园区总体城市设计方法,以期为同类规划设计提供参考和借鉴。As China enters a new era of high-quality economic,social,and urban development,the integration of industry and city within industrial parks and the quality of their spatial environments have gradually improved,and their comprehensive urban design has also gained more and more attention.In order to address the disconnection between the comprehensive urban design of industrial parks,industrial planning,and industrial system construction,taking Fangchenggang Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industrial Park as an example,the paper proposes a method for the comprehensive urban design of industrial parks from the perspective of“industry-led design”,which is to“guide the comprehensive design concept by the industry planning,guide the comprehensive design structure by the industrial spatial organization,and guide the design of the core area by the key industrial projects”.It aims to provide a reference for similar planning and design.
