摘　　要：文章选取城市老旧小区作为研究对象,聚焦适老化改造问题,以湘潭市瞻岳门社区为实证案例,结合国内外老年建筑评价标准与前沿研究成果,从场地环境、建筑单体等多维度出发,提出针对该社区的适老化改造策略,旨在为湘潭市及周边地区的老旧社区改造提供实践参考。The paper selects the old urban communities as the research object,and focuses on the problems of aging transformation.Taking Xiangtan Zhanyuemen Community as an empirical case,combining with the evaluation standards and the cutting-edge research results of the elderly care buildings at home and abroad,the paper puts forward the aging transformation strategies for this community from the perspective of the site environment,the building monomer and other dimensions,aiming to providing practical references for the transformation of the old communities in Xiangtan City and its surrounding areas.
