基于城市体检的老旧社区公共空间改造提升策略研究

摘　　要：城市体检为改善老旧社区公共空间发挥了重要的指导作用。本研究基于城市体检的指标评价体系与评价标准,通过实地调研、综合评估与分析,总结老旧社区中亟待解决的问题,并提出改进建议。在公共空间改造中,城市体检注重可持续性、人文关怀和社区参与,强调合理规划城市的空间布局。提升方案针对调研中发现的问题,聚焦于停车空间的有效利用、绿地与活动场地的增设,以及智慧信息平台的建设等方面,旨在打造舒适、安全且充满活力的公共空间,从而提升居民的生活质量和社区的整体形象。Urban health checks provide crucial guidance for enhancing the public spaces in old communities.Based on the indicator evaluation system and evaluation standard of urban health checks,the paper summarizes the urgent problems in old communities through on-site survey,comprehensive assessment and analysis,and proposes the improvement suggestions.In the reconstruction of public spaces,urban health checks emphasize sustainability,humanistic care,and community participation,and highlight the rational planning of the spatial layout of the city.In view of the problems found in survey,the improvement scheme focuses on the effective utilization of parking spaces,the addition of green space and activity areas,and the construction of smart information platforms,aiming to create comfortable,safe,and vibrant public spaces,thereby improving the residents’quality of life and enhancing the overall image of the community.
